We are looking for Content Developer for UAEJOB SUMMARY:Primarily responsible for developing a company?s content strategy, as well as creating its deliverables. ?Content ?is a broad term that can refer to flier creation, roll up banners, social media posts, blog posts, static web copy, corporate reports, corporate presentations, corporate handbooks, podcasts, event booth designs and video content. Responsibilities also include the technical aspect of content creation, such as basic HTML formatting and video production.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:a)Develop Strategic Content Goals - Developing content goals and the strategies to reach those goals. Present these goals to pitch their strategy to the communications manager at the company to get the green light.b)Create Content and Manage Content Distribution - Creating content is the primary duty of a Content Developer. This content can include sales copy, blog posts, presentations, animations, web graphics, videos and social media content. The Content Developer is also responsible for creating an editorial calendar to establish when content will be distributed and through which channels.c)Collaborate with Other Departments on Content Creation - Content Developers are rarely lone wolfs. They are the synthesizer of ideas on a larger team of marketers, subject matter experts and decision-makers. A Content Developer must be able to communicate with a variety of different people to create effective content.d)Analyze Key Performance Indicators to Determine Content Effectiveness - Regardless of the type of content, the goal of said content is to ultimately generate more business for a company. the Content Developer is an Analytics Aficionado who obsesses over key performance indicators to ensure content performs as expected.e)Quality Assurance - This final duty requires a keen eye for detail and top-notch problem-solving skills. Content Developers are often the last line of defense before content ends up in front of the user.Additional qualities include, but are not limited to:?Take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other designs?Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics?Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software?Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects?Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print?Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists?Assists and supports generally with all marketing activities?Prepares or edits for internal and external audiences, including employee newsletters and management reports?Consults with advertising agencies or staff to arrange promotional campaigns in all types of media for products, organizations, or individuals.?Coordinates activities with event staff and convention personnel to plan, prepare facilities, and provide services for events.?Confers with production and support personnel to produce or coordinate production of advertisements and promotions.?Strictly follows Company?s policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations to protect and maintain the health and safety of oneself, others, and the environment adopted by the Company.
