1.The candidate must be a graduate in Civil Engineering, with a minimum experience of 8 years with the Development companies in U.A.E. 2.Must have excellent skills in Project Management for Residential & Hospitality Projects. 3.Must be dynamic, intelligent and able to handle the project independently. 4.Manage consultants, suppliers, contractors and provide necessary support to them in completing the project on time and as per the agreed project parameters, standards and objectives. 5.Conduct site visit to verify and monitor the construction progress to ensure the Project parameters are met in line with agreed project objectives.6.Recommend changes if required to the plans and established parameters. 7.Valid Driving License is a must. 8.Should be fluent in English.
