We are hiring for Chiller Engineer for UAE.Job Description: To Manage the operation and maintenance of the Chillers and HVAC system.Attend to all breakdown complaints or ad-hoc requests. Follow-up with the team on all Service Orders for any requirement of materials, review quotes, process purchase orders and close the Service Orders on CAFM upon job completion. Consistently update CAFM on the Service Order status with the latest information.Enforces and adopt safety measures among all his area of responsibility.Check periodically for potential areas for energy savings opportunities.Responsible for implementation on various types of improvement works. Responsible for preparing all required reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Incident, Technical and Ad-hoc reports)Perform proper documentation and filings of maintenance records.Chillers and HVAC system maintenance and troubleshooting.
