We are looking for Buying cum Planning Manager for UAE. Responsibility :? Should be Proficient at analyzing Market Trends to provide critical inputs & formulating Marketing Strategies. ? Should Define Targets & Budgets with the Managers for yearly forecasts of department strategy.? Forecasting sales levels for ensuring satisfactory Net Working Capital is maintained.? Planning, product selection & development, Building Ranges for Table, Basics & Fashion and Season Plan.? Reviewing New Collection, preparing assortment plan & reviewing SWOT within the department.? Budgeting & planning OTB's, Fast & slow moving styles Sell through reports , colors In trend color pallet. ? Maintain quality consciousness in business. monitoring, analyzing business performance vis-?-vis business goals.? Control stock management and guiding team towards achieving targeted stock levels and minimizing stock loss.? Able to meet & exceed performance targets ensuring profitability & Costing Negotiations with vendors.? Ensure Management by Objectives process is systematically applied within all divisions.? Determining Pricing & Benchmarking Price Points, Width-Depth against Competition.? Developing Promotional techniques in cooperation with Marketing department. ? Introduce new suppliers & categories for department & work closely with purchasing & logistics department.? Frequent market & store visit to review operational standards and monitor quality of customer service.
