We are looking for Automation Engineer for UAE2. Job PurposeThe Automation Engineer will report to Production Manager. The principal objective of this position is to effectively manage the shop floor activities like machine efficiency targets and optimum utilization of resources. The Automation Engineer should also coordinate with other supporting departments on floor to achieve his Targets.Job Description:1. Production Process & Execution: ? Efficient shop floor management of maintenance activities for all machineries in the plant to achieve the optimal efficiency targets.? Develop, maintain and implement a proper preventive maintenance programs for all machines.? Maintain spare parts and all related activities.? Maximize the equipment availability and minimize the machine breakdowns.2. Continual Improvement?Cost saving by optimal utilization of the spare parts.?Maximize the equipment availability to have highest OEE.?Implementation of HSE on shop floor3.People Management?Training of staff for maintenance and Operational requirements.?Ensures optimal preventive maintenance and Breakdown solving of production lines so as to improve the output rate.?Coordination with other departments for smooth operation
