JOB PURPOSE? Identify and attract competent Information Security Professionals.? Manage the employee Life Cycle efficiently and effectively.Key Roles / Responsibilities:? Build & develop talent pool for future ventures - Identify future talent needs; develop talent pool.? Conduct all new-hire orientations.? Review timesheets, verify attendance and Process payroll? Support HR team in workforce development initiatives, recruitment, training initiatives, CSR and other engagement initiatives in compliance with legal requirements.Skills Required:Ability to maintain employee confidentiality, multitask and work with minimal supervision with attention to detail.IT Skills ? Proficiency in MS office tools (Advanced skills in MS word Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook is mandatory)Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
