We are looking for Accountant for UAE- Should have strong knowledge of accounting and individually handle books of accounts from entry- level up to finalization. -Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.- Prepare sales, purchase and journal entries, administer accounts receivable and accounts.- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.- Payroll administration.- Complete general ledger operations.- Having knowledge of receivable and Payable accounts.- Having strong knowledge of Book Keeping.- Be familiar with the accounting rules of the UAE as well as VAT procedures.- Having strong knowledge of Inventory stock take & receiving.- Monitoring the inventory for any Corrections and Validation.- Having strong knowledge of Tally Accounting software & Excel.- Study the financial transactions made by the organization and prepare financial reports based on the available data.- Must know all banking processes and procedures required by company operations.- Required to key in the details of the various financial transactions made by the company officials in the tally software.- Prepare financial statements.- Involved in preparing finance policies and processes for the company.- Needs to determine the financial requirements of the company.- Involved in managing the fixed assets of the company.- Required to prepare the annual accounts for the company.- Perform internal finance audits from time to time in order to ensure that the company finances are being managed appropriately.- Manage the firms PRO requirements.- Manage the HAFZA customs rules and documentation.- Assist our operations team by handling documentation.- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
