? Oversees & performs the inspection activities for Earth works such as Excavation, Backfilling, Compaction & testing activities for Civil & mechanical works? Perform inspection activities during Pre-Pouring, Pouring and After Pouring of the Concrete & Monitor Curing activities as per the applicable requirements.? Perform Inspection activities for the Grouting, Foundation, and Concrete coating inspections as per the requirements.? Provide Guideline to the construction team to follow the applicable requirements and conduct tool box talks as and when necessary to avoid client LBE.? Conduct strict site surveillance and record the observations/Violations during construction and report through internal Surveillance/NCR to the Construction entities.? Monitor Structural installations, Duct bank works.? Perform Inspections related to Asphalt works.? Maintain RFI Log and report inspection status on daily and weekly basis to QC Supervisor/QA/QC Managers.? Follow up RFI closure with client inspection team ? Follow up actions for the closure of Client issued LBES/Internal NCRs till closure? Accountable for implementing ISO policies, procedures and standards? Accountable for establishing, updating and implementing quality inspection plans for all projects and work sites (workshops etc)? Develops and institutionalizes RSCC?s QA/QC expertise, know-how, controls and capabilities? Ensures that RSCC?s quality standards, guidelines and policies and Project Quality Plan is implemented.? Manages the documentation and institutionalization of lessons learned concerning quality? Identifies and tracks QA/QC KPI?s and devises plans and initiatives for improvement? Provides support for the professional development of staff reporting directly to him.? Applies safety in all aspects.
