Sales & Estimation EngineerLocation: Tubli, BahrainAbout the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Estimation Engineer with a background in Civil and/or Mechanical Engineering to join our growing team. This role bridges technical expertise with client-focused sales, ensuring accurate project estimations, competitive proposals, and strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:•Prepare accurate technical and commercial estimates for civil and mechanical projects.•Interpret drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.•Conduct site visits and gather project requirements.•Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to optimize solutions.•Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical presentations to clients.•Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive business growth.•Support negotiations and ensure smooth handover to project execution teams.Required Qualifications & Skills:•Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).•5+ years of experience in estimation, sales engineering, or project costing.•Strong knowledge of construction/industrial materials, fabrication, or systems.•Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.•Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimation software is a plus.•Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Why Join Us•Competitive salary + incentives•Growth opportunities in a fast-expanding company•Exposure to diverse civil & mechanical projects•Supportive and collaborative work environment
