Implement, configure, administrate and maintain network infrastructure equipment including routers, switches for all locations (HQ, factories, branches and others)

Responsible for implementation and technical support of Cisco Unified Communications related technologies which include: UCM, Unity Connection, IM & Presence, Jabber, VCS / Expressway and Voice Gateways
Working knowledge of VOIP protocols H323, MGCP, SCCP and SIP
Manage & administrate security solutions (Firewalls, Email security, antivirus, malware protection, identity service engine and others)
Monitor and analyses security logs from all information Security solutions (Firewalls, antivirus, email security, cloud services and others)
Maintain and update network documentation including network diagrams, and relevant configurations
ISPs communications for troubleshooting, maintenance and new projects
