Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the department goals.
Schedule and follow the shipments and deliveries.
File and save each letter of correspondences in the assigned server data in order to reach them easily.
Maintain contact with vendors and clients to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Implement all the logistics daily operational goals inclusive of shipping functions and inventory management.
Support inventory management consisting of reconciling and maintaining of finished goods inventory.
Maintain communication with the warehouse staff in order to ensure proper working order.
Negotiate and support logistics costs meant for 3rd party logistics providers assisting yearly budget goals.
Comply with all the company policies and safety procedures in the performance of job duties.
Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer needs on time.
Ensure to process orders and on-time delivery by network of courier companies and warehouses.
Develop, articulate and maintain logistic process documentation.
Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, in order to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
Prepare and submit daily updates reports to the direct manager.
Perform any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.
