Customer Success Manager Odoo ERP Software experienceClient Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. Act as the primary point of contact for major clients.Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Manage project risks and develop mitigation plans.Sales Leadership: Drive sales efforts, working with the sales team to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and close deals.
