  • Spare parts inventory control with ERP control.
  • Plan inventory and maintain inventory program and check.
  • Maintain receipts, records, withdrawals of the spare parts store based on the requirements, and maintains all maintenance utilities records.
  • Order from the suppliers the required Spare parts to achieve the preventive maintenance program according to the preventive maintenance plan.
  • Receive, unload, and shelve supplies (Spare parts, grease, chemicals etc.).
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to finance for reimbursements and record keeping.
  • Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.
  • Ensure adequate record keeping, confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
  • Issue the monthly reports indication the SP movement (consumption, stock value, stagnant value ?etc.).
  • Support maintenance team when needed in the day-to-day activities.
  • Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment.
  • Implement 5S system and sustain GMP and cleanliness for the spare parts WHS.
  • Follow the company?s Health and Safety standards and carry the given job in a safe manner at all times
Accountable For:
  • Spare parts stock and movement.
  • PM spare parts availability.
  • Critical spare parts availability
Specific Customer Responsibilities;
  • Finance team.
  • Logistics team
  • Procurement team
KPIs
  • 95% availability of PM the required spare parts.
  • Implement 5S system in the SP store all the time.
  • 100 % of the physical inventory match the system.
  • SP budget spending not exceeding the target value
Qualifications and skills
  • University graduate bachelor?s degree in engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in computer operations
  • ERP knowledge
  • Aware of basic maintenance works in food industry.
