Job Summary:

Manage the Procurement process for a given set of goods & Services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
Good knowledge on Petro-chemical commodities of Materials Pipe, flange Fittings, consumables and spare parts.
Aware on technical procurement of Piping materials and ASTM, ANSI and API code and standards.
Deal with high value Turnaround procurement and obtaining relevant approvals.
Apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets.
Develop and maintain a strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant purchasing and sourcing concepts.
Supports change in system processes and workflow improvements which leads to function delivery as guided by the Department Manager.

Requirements

Must have Degree in Engineering with 5-7 years? experience in Oil and Gas environment
SAP knowledge is mandatory.
Good communication and written skills
