? Manage the SmartPlant 3D and other databases in SmartPlant Foundation environment.Main Responsibilities:? Reviews, performs quality checks and audits the SP3D Databases received from the EPC Contractor s. Identify and resolve the interferences/clashes and co-ordinate with other disciplines.? Follows-up with EPC Contractor s to close the audit findings? Performs piping design, modeling, equipment modeling in SP3D? Extracting 2D drawings, isometrics from the SP3D Models and preparing bill of materials.? Updates 3D Models in SmartPlant Foundation to incorporate changes performed by others and maintains the Model completely updated.? Supports Plant Operations, Maintenance and other departments to meet their requests by providing the engineering information and 3D Screenshots.? Prepares complete scope of work for any plant modifications to be carried out for approved MOC projects.? Responsible for development of a piping 3D Model and piping design on a project? Responsible for generation of piping isometric drawings and piping design packages? Interface with other function groups to gather information and to produce complete functional and constructible design packages? Complete Detail Design modeling of lines for extraction of isometrics for IFC? Produce plot plans and equipment arrangement plans? Identify tie-ins in the field, and assist in development of tie-in list and packages for approval
