Executes equipment maintenance programs for Electrical Plant
Systems and Equipment in accordance with establishedmaintenance procedures, practices, standards, codes andapproved level of competence
Carries out routine equipment inspection/checks in accordance with approved checklists and maintenance schedules using the appropriate test equipment and techniques.
Carries out Corrective and Preventative Maintenance asdirected and in accordance with the required standards, codes and schedule within the approved level of competency.
Carries out installation tasks, under direction and inaccordance with the required standards, codes and schedulewithin the approved level of competency.
Carries out testing and Functional Checks on Electrical Systems and Equipment within the Plant as directed and in accordance with the required standards, codes and schedule within the approved level of competency.
As directed, embodies modifications within the bounds of theelectrical trade in accordance with the appropriatemodification instructions; ensuring any follow up activities areactioned appropriately.
