Job Description

Position Title:DCS OperatorEmployment Type:Full-timeSalary:up to 350 OMR depending on experience and qualification, plus accommodation, transportation, and OT payJob Location:Sohar, OmanAbout the Client:One of the leading and well-established manufacturing plant of Chlor alkali which operates across GCC regionJobDescription:

  • Maintain the entire process parameters within specified limit by controlling from DCS
  • Troubleshoot, prevent process problems by doing root cause analysis, and take corrective action as per direction of Shift/Process Engineer
  • Generate PTW (CWORKS) for the maintenance works to be carried out inside the plant and provide process clearance for work to maintenance department
  • Act as a coordinator during emergency as per direction of incident controller
  • Involve in planning of shutdown related activity
