1. Understand the project contract and relevant documents 2. Understand the budget and all cost elements3. Understand and implement internal BFIM procedures (SLAs, BFIM Care, Quality Audit, Finance and Procurement) 4. Prepare and conduct the Internal Project Kick-off meeting 5. Prepare and conduct the External Project Kick-off meeting. 6. Successfully execute the project - delivering on budget 7. Manage the PMT and ensure the team is fully empowered. 8. Manage the budget by continuously tracking the project costs and take necessary action to stay within the budget. 9. Use established reporting protocols to document and report on project progress, status and claims. 10. Maintain requisite documentation and communication. 11.
