Job Description

  • Answering calls and transfers the call to the right person.
  • Maintain confidentiality of the information?s especially any information relating staff company information.
  • Inform IT department to maintenance of the company computer especially if there is any problem relating to log in & log out staff.
  • Greet welcoming the visitors entering the office and direct to proper destination.
  • Knowledge of staff movements in and out of the office.
  • Perform general administrative typing, copying, faxing, photocopying and mailing... etc.
  • Sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes, couriers...etc.
  • Prepare and putting orders for monthly stationery request.
  • Organising reception area.
  • Assist HR department whenever required.
