Restaurant SupervisorJob Location : ShuwaikhDescription :?Assisting the Restaurant Manager in managing the day-to-day restaurant operations including sales, profits, training, supervising employees, etc. and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and standards?Maximizing sales, transactions and profits by providing optimal guest satisfaction?Ensuring that employees maintain effective guest relations?Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding working hours, wages and fair employment?Enforcing Hospitality, Quality, Service, safety and Cleanliness standards as required by the company?Maintaining the facility physical image, maintenance, equipment, inventory, cash and cash equivalencies?Monitoring financial and portion controls in the food operations and reporting to restaurant management relevant issues?Contributing to the development of effective administrative and financial controls over the restaurant?Monitoring achievement of KPI and implementing improvement action to realize targets?Delivering training programs in accordance with the training manualRequirements :?Need Experience.
