Job Description

  • Plan, organize, coordinate, arrange, and monitor the transportation and movement of goods.
  • Coordinate and manage export transactions
  • Communicate inventory movements to third party facilities
  • Research and negotiate transportation quotations and report findings
  • Arrange logistics with ocean freight carriers to ensure timely delivery for customers
  • Prepare necessary export documentations for all shipments, including banking documents for letters of credits (L/C) or documentary collections
  • Monitor shipment movements, strong follow up required
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, shipping lines, warehouses on a daily basis
