? Prepares preliminary design studies and adaptations of alternatives for review.? Prepares design development and tender drawing packages.? Use creative design skills in preparing client presentation materials, including design sketches, renderings, models and graphics.? Stick to company and project goals of excellence in design.? Achieve tasks according to ? Jidar -Manuals.? Organizes and plans accordingly to deadlines.? Delegating tasks to projects team members and managing day to days tasks with projects team.? Report to design team leader and design manager.? Experience in all phases and aspects of a project desirable.? Coordination with various design consultants and good understanding to other consultants scope of work inrelation to Interior and architecture scope of work.? Responsible for producing architectural working drawings including all details for interior architectural projects, this includes millwork, tile, elevations, plans, sections and RCPs.? Maintain/organize project files, schedules and specifications.? Site visits and assisting in construction supervision.? Site survey/measures of existing conditions and producing drawings of same.? Work with the entire team, in office and with outside consultants.
