Key Responsibilities:? Plan and execute niche travel products, FDs and MICE packages to cater to the diverse requirements of our clientele.? Develop innovative and exciting travel products and to oversee the design and delivery of holiday packages.? Establish and maintain strong relationships with travel partners and suppliers.? Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and seamless operations.Skills? Minimum of _5-6__ years? proven experience in a managerial role within the Holidays or Leisure Travel sector.? Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.? Excellent negotiation capabilities coupled with expertise in supplier sourcing, onboarding, and relationship management.?
