About the RoleWe are a premier hardware and furniture fittings company based in Sharjah. We are looking for an energetic, technical, and results-driven Salesman / Sales Executive to join our team.In this role, you will be the face of our company?serving walk-in showroom customers, managing corporate B2B inquiries, and pitching our specialized hardware solutions to interior designers, joineries, kitchen manufacturers, and glass/aluminum contractors.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Sales: Present and sell our specialized product lines, including aluminum profiles, glass cabinet hardware, sliding systems, kitchen fittings, and premium architectural hardware.B2B & Project Outreach: Proactively identify and build relationships with joineries, kitchen manufacturing units, interior design firms, and aluminum fabrication workshops.In-Showroom Sales: Welcome walk-in clients, understand their project layouts or design requirements, and recommend the exact technical fittings they need.Quotations & Invoicing: Prepare accurate price quotations, negotiate terms, follow up on pending deals, and coordinate order deliveries.Market Feedback: Keep track of market trends, competitor pricing, and high-demand design profiles to help optimize our stock.Requirements & QualificationsTechnical Knowledge (Critical): Strong familiarity with aluminum profiles, architectural glass systems, kitchen cabinet hardware, sliding wardrobe systems, or related interior fittings.Experience: Minimum 2?4 years of active sales experience in the UAE construction, hardware, or interior design supply sector.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a major advantage for client coordination).Skills: Ability to read basic technical specifications or design drawings to suggest matching hardware.
