We are hiring a Sales Executive with strong experience in the weighing scale industry, industrial machinery, and filling, packaging machines. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in technical sales, excellent client-handling skills, and a solid understanding of industrial equipment used across various sectors.Key Responsibilities:*Promote and sell weighing scales, industrial machinery, and filling pack machines to clients.* Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and referrals*Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions*Provide technical demonstrations and presentations when needed*Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals*Maintain and develop long-term customer relationships*Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets*Provide market feedback to the management teamRequirements:Minimum 4 to 5 years of UAE experience in selling weighing scales, industrial equipment, or packaging machineryStrong knowledge of technical products and industrial applicationsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsMust hold a valid UAE driver?s licenseAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyProficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic and HindiSkillsVisit factories, warehouses, and businesses across the UAE to identify equipment needsDevelop new business through field visits, referrals, and inbound enquiriesBuild and maintain long-term client relationshipsCoordinate with our technical and service teams to support clients before and after the salePrepare and follow up on quotationsProvide market feedback to managementAchieve agreed monthly and annual targets.
