? Plans organizes and controls activities related to local/import of Food Ingredients and materials.? Analyzes market trends & create dashboards. Determine delivery conditions for present and future material availability/price, and prepares market analysis reports. ? Obtain up to date commodity information for pricing and availability? Negotiate to price and communicate price changes to Management.? Provide forecasts to suppliers? Prepare and analyze Request for Quote? Develops and utilizes a system to evaluate vendor quotations.
