Purchase SupervisorJob Location : UAEKey duties;•Create and implement buying strategies that will reduce costs and boost supplier quality.•Find and assess potential new vendors, bargain deals, and uphold healthy relationships with current vendors•Ensure prompt delivery of ordered goods and services by working with crossfunctional teams.•Keep an eye on supply levels and make sure to replenish them as needed.•Analyze market trends and stay informed about industry norms and rules•Create and keep up with purchasing policies and procedures.•Training and managing purchasing personnel as necessary.Requirements;•Business administration, supply chain management, or a closely related field as a Bachelors degree•5+ years of purchasing experience, ideally in the oil or lubricant sector•Strong communication and bargaining abilities•Understanding of sourcing and procurement methods•Knowledge of inventory management programs•The capacity to manage various tasks and operate well in a team situation
