Sales CoordinatorJob Location : Sharjah, United Arab EmiratesRoles & Responsibility :•Responsible for sales administration, control and communication of the wallpaper and flooring department.•Assist and support the sales team on managing schedules and distributing sales documentation.•Respond to customers, online and telephone enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.•Ensure the adequacy of sales related equipment and materials.•Responds to complaints from customers and give after sales support whenever necessary.•Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.•Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.•Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.•Assist in the preparation and organisation of promotional materials or events.•Perform special assignments as given by the Head of the Department.Knowledge, Skill & Competencies :•Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field.•2-3 years of experience in sales in Retail industry.•Strong collaboration and communication skills.•A team player with high level of dedication.•Proficient in MS Office.Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
