We are a fast-growing IT refurbishing and trading company setting up operations in the UAE. We buy, sell, and refurbish IT equipment across wholesale and retail channels, and we also break down computers to resell components and parts ? locally and internationally.We are looking for a driven and resourceful Procurement & Sales Executive to be the engine of our supply and revenue pipeline. This is a field-oriented, relationship-driven role that requires someone who is equally confident sourcing new suppliers as they are walking into a business to pitch our products and services. A strong IT background is essential ? you need to understand what you are buying and selling.SkillsProcurement? Identify and research new suppliers of used, surplus, and end-of-life IT equipment ? including businesses, corporates, institutions, and traders? Initiate and organise first meetings with prospective suppliers, building a strong pipeline of sourcing opportunities? Negotiate favourable purchasing terms, pricing, and volumes with suppliers? Assess the quality and commercial value of IT hardware during procurement visits? Maintain a well-organised supplier database and track procurement activity? Stay current on market availability and pricing of refurbished IT equipmentSales? Proactively visit local businesses, offices, and organisations to offer our refurbished IT products and services? Develop and manage a portfolio of local business clients across retail and wholesale channels? Present our product range clearly and confidently, tailoring the pitch to each client's needs? Follow up on leads, prepare quotes, and close sales efficiently? Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals? Report on sales activity, pipeline status, and market feedback on a regular basisREQUIREMENTSEssential? Strong IT background ? either formal qualification or solid hands-on knowledge of computer hardware and IT equipment? Ability to identify, evaluate, and discuss IT products competently with suppliers and clients? Confident communicator with the ability to initiate and develop professional relationships? Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role? Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple supplier and client interactions simultaneously? Valid UAE driving licence or willingness to travel locally for meetings and visitsPreferred? Prior experience in sales ? B2B, field sales, or account management? Background in the IT refurbishing, ITAD (IT Asset Disposition), or electronics trading industry? Existing network of IT suppliers or business clients in the UAE? Arabic language skills are an advantage but not required.
