Planning EngineerJob Location : UAE:?Prepare baseline program, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and timelines as per project management plan.?Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.?Coordinate with all project parties to collate project status reports.?Prepare forecasts resulting from significant deviations from scheduled baselines.?Conduct regular project site inspections.?Provide assessment of Extension of Time claims.?Prepare Forensic Planning & Delay Analysis.?Developing project master schedule, updating, monitoring, and reviewing construction schedules, submittals, material delivery, procurement logs and daily follow-up in addition to the necessary productivity measurement studies and associated corrective measuresRequired:?Bachelors in civil engineering?Minimum 5 years experience in UAE based construction company?Expert in Planning Software - Primavera?Expert in Excel - Advanced level?UAE Driving License required
