Business Development ExecutiveJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:?Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to increase the client base and revenue of the Dental Wellness Centre.?Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, target markets, and competitors. Stay updated with industry trends and changes to adapt the Centre?s offerings accordingly.?convert them into long-term clients. Build and maintain strong relationships?with key accounts and referral sources.?Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and alliances with dental professionals, healthcare organizations, insurance providers, and relevant industry stakeholders to expand the Centre?s network and reach.?Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns, online and offline advertising, social media presence, and promotional events to raise awareness about the Dental Wellness Centre.?Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain relationships with existing?clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention. Regularly engage with?clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.?Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, pricing,?and services. Make recommendations for improvements and differentiation to maintain a competitive edge.?Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals by effectively promoting the centre?s services, upselling and cross-selling when appropriate.Qualifications and Skills:?Bachelor?s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A degree in dentistry or healthcare management is a plus.?Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry in UAE with minimum 4-5 years of experience.?Strong understanding of dental services, wellness programs, and the overall healthcare market.?Ability to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.?Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate market trends, client needs and competition.?Self-motivated and result-oriented with a proactive approach to work.?Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
