Roles & ResponsibilitiesPrepare HVAC design drawings, layouts, and detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD/Revit.Perform cooling and heating load calculations as per ASHRAE standards.Design ductwork, chilled water piping, ventilation, and exhaust systems.Coordinate HVAC services with architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.Prepare equipment schedules, duct sizing, and airflow calculations.Ensure drawings comply with local authority regulations and project specifications.Review and update drawings based on client and consultant comments.Assist in site coordination and technical support during project executionDesired Candidate ProfileDiploma/ITI mechanical draftsmanMinimum 2?5 years of experience in HVAC drafting and design.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.Knowledge of ASHRAE standards, HVAC design principles, and load calculation software.Familiarity with UAE building codes and authority requirements.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
