We buy, refurbish, and resell laptops and IT equipment through wholesale, retail, and international export ? and we are just getting started. To fuel that growth, we need a creative, digitally-native Marketing Executive who can build our brand, drive online sales, and make serious noise across social media and online marketplaces.This role is ideal for a tech-savvy Gen Z self-starter ? someone who lives on social media, genuinely geeks out over hardware, and knows how to turn that passion into content that converts. Create, manage, and grow our presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn? Plan and publish engaging content calendars tailored to each platform's audience and format? Produce short-form video content ? product showcases, unboxings, tech tips, and brand storytelling? Design eye-catching graphics, banners, and promotional visuals for posts, ads, and campaigns? Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and build an active online community? Monitor trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activity to keep our content aheadPaid Advertising? Set up, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and Shopping? Run and optimise paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok? Track ad performance, manage budgets, and report on ROI and key metrics? A/B test creatives, copy, and targeting to continuously improve campaign resultsOnline Marketplace Management? List, manage, and optimise product listings on eBay, Amazon, and Shopify? Write compelling product titles, descriptions, and specifications that rank and convert? Monitor marketplace performance, pricing, and competitor listings? Manage customer reviews, queries, and feedback across all marketplace platforms? Coordinate with the operations team to ensure listings reflect accurate stock and condition gradesContent Creation? Shoot, edit, and produce video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ads? Design graphics and marketing materials using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar? Develop product photography and imagery suitable for marketplace listings and social posts? Write engaging copy for social media, email campaigns, product listings, and website contentMarket Research? Research and analyse trends in the refurbished IT equipment market locally and globally? Identify high-demand products, target markets, and pricing opportunities? Monitor competitor activity across social media, marketplaces, and search results? Provide regular insights and recommendations to support buying, pricing, and sales decisionsEssential? Active and demonstrable experience managing social media accounts ? show us what you have built? Hands-on experience with Google Ads and paid social advertising (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok)? Proven experience selling on eBay, Amazon, and/or Shopify ? marketplace management is non-negotiable? Ability to create and edit short-form video content to a professional standard? Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe, or equivalent tools? Strong IT knowledge ? you must be a genuine tech hobbyist, self-taught enthusiast, or hardware geek who can talk confidently about the products we sell? Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and act on insights? Excellent written English for content creation and copy; Arabic is a bonusPreferred? Knowledge of the refurbished IT equipment market ? understanding of grades, brands, and buyer expectations? Experience marketing tech, electronics, or hardware products? Familiarity with SEO principles and how to optimise content for search? Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)? A personal social media presence, YouTube channel, tech blog, or portfolio you can share.
