Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning. Manage performance management, employee engagement, and succession planning. Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR budgeting. Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies. Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook. Monitor HR KPIs and prepare management reports. Lead learning and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities. Manage HRIS, employee records, visa documentation, and statutory compliance. Coach and support department managers on HR best practices. Drive organizational development and continuous process improvement.Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is an advantage. Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or SPHR are preferred. Minimum 7?10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices. Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR operations. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
