Job Description

Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage the complete recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements.Create and publish job advertisements on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements and qualifications.Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and cultural fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.Follow up with candidates and interviewers to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process.Conduct reference checks and assist in the selection and offer process.Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring documentation.Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.Ensure timely closure of open positions while providing a positive candidate experience.Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and hiring procedures.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2?5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Experience hiring for FMCG, Trading, Manufacturing, Production, Retail, or Supermarket sectors is preferred.Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.Good organizational skills with attention to detail.Familiarity with UAE labor market and recruitment practices is an advantage.Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice will be preferred(14 days)
