Housekeeping SupervisorJob Location : UAEJob responsibilities :?Oversee cleaning staff on a daily basis.?Regular check common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness.?Schedule shifts and arrange for replac:ements in cases of absence.?Assist with inventory and ensure that all housekeeping machines and equipment are properly handled and maintained.?Provides open communications, training, coach and counsel and provides performance feedback to ensure maximum efficiency.?Establishes standards and procedures for work of housekeeping staff.?Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene safety standards
