We need sharp freelance marketers to bring Demand Letters from UAE companies.Position: Freelance Marketing Agent (Commission Only - High Earning)Requirements:Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, Sales or related fieldMUST be resident of Sharjah or DubaiMUST have own valid UAE visa (Freelance, Employment or Own Visa)MUST have own vehicle (Car) - Sharjah/Dubai drivingProven experience in manpower, cleaning companies, or Tadbeer centers is added advantageFluent English, Arabic is added advantageAggressive, target-driven, can close dealsYour Job - In Detail:*Field Marketing (80% of work):*Daily visits to 5-10 Tadbeer centers, cleaning companies, manpower supply companies, facility management companies, factories and security companies in Sharjah and DubaiPitch Jobplus as direct Kenya source (NEA licensed) - no brokersShow company profile, NEA license, sample CVs and training videos*Demand Letter Collection:*Explain our 14-day deployment process to clientCollect Demand Letter / Job Order / Labour Requirement from companyEnsure demand letter has: company trade license, required numbers, salary, job description, contact personSubmit demand letter to Jobplus Sharjah office same day for verification*Client Relationship:*Follow up with client on visa statusArrange meeting between client and Jobplus manager if neededUpdate client on recruitment progress from Kenya sideGet repeat orders from same client*Reporting:*Daily WhatsApp report: Companies visited, response, next follow upWeekly target: Minimum 3 demand letters (even 5-10 people each is ok to start)*What You Are NOT Doing:*You don't handle visas, you don't recruit candidates, you don't pay any money. You only bring demand letter.
