We are looking for a Finance Manager / Financial Auditor with strong hands-on experience to lead our finance function and ensure full compliance and accurate reporting.Key Requirements:? Minimum 6 years of experience in finance/accounting (multi-branch experience is a plus).? Preferably Arabic speaker with excellent English communication.? Strong knowledge of VAT compliance and tax reporting.? Proven experience in month-end/year-end closing and financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).? Solid understanding of AR/AP, collections, payments, and vendor/customer accounts.? Bank reconciliation, cash flow management, and expense control.? Strong internal controls, document cycle, and audit readiness.? Budgeting, variance analysis, and profitability reporting.? Proficiency in accounting systems/ERP (Zoho / QuickBooks / Odoo or similar).Main Responsibilities:? Lead daily finance operations and supervise accounting activities.? Prepare weekly/monthly management reports and branch performance analysis.? Review and audit journal entries, classifications, and supporting documents.? Handle VAT filing, documentation, and compliance follow-ups.? Improve processes, controls, and reporting accuracy.
