Executive SecretaryJob Location : Sharjah, United Arab EmiratesRequirements :•3 to 5 years of office manager experience Degree educated or equivalent.•Proficient in Advanced MS Office including Word, MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint•Strong time-management and interpersonal skills•Able to work in a fast-paced environment.•Excellent communication skills at all levels•Ability to work to own initiative and be proactive.•Ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities, often with tight deadlines.•Proven experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant.•Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)•Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)•Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision•Must be currently residing in the UAE
