Pipeline & Utility Installation: Directly supervise the laying of sewerage, stormwater drainage, and pressure lines. Ensure correct line, grade, and bed preparation.
Road Works Execution: Oversee earthworks, sub-grade preparation, leveling, and asphalt laying, making sure all layers meet compaction and leveling specs.
Hands-on Quality Control: Read blueprints and survey stakes on the ground. Use levels and pipe lasers to ensure everything is installed exactly to plan, avoiding costly re-work.
Frontline Safety: Ensure the crew works safely every minute. Run morning toolbox talks, enforce PPE compliance, and strictly monitor trench safety (shoring/benching) during deep excavations.
Timesheets & Materials: Keep track of your crew?s daily hours, equipment usage, and materials used, and report them to the site supervisor.
