Roles & Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and actively listen to their needs to identify the correct auto parts. Provide expert advice on part compatibility, functionality, and installation to ensure customer satisfaction. Efficiently navigate inventory systems and physical stock to locate and retrieve requested parts. Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in automotive technology is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto parts sales or a related customer-facing role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and providing excellent customer service. Strong knowledge of automotive systems, part names, and common vehicle issues.Candidate Profile Proven experience in automotive spare parts sales, parts interpretation, or procurement. Comprehensive knowledge of German or Europeanor American, and Chinese vehicle spare parts. Strong proficiency with Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPC) and automotive parts management systems. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer relationship skills. Key Responsibilities* Accurately identify genuine and aftermarket spare parts using VIN, chassis number, EPC systems, and technical catalogues.* Assist customers with expert product recommendations and technical guidance.* Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and ensure timely order fulfillment.* Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to maintain efficient procurement and inventory availability.* Build and maintain strong relationships with workshops, fleet operators, and retail customers.
