We are seeking a candidate with solid accounting experience, strong follow-up skills, and practical exposure to VAT and UAE Corporate Tax compliance.If you are organized, proactive, and comfortable handling day-to-day accounting operations while supporting reporting and financial controls, we would like to hear from you.Key Responsibilities1) Daily Accounting Operations? Record accurate daily journal entries? Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable (AR/AP)? Perform regular bank reconciliations? Monitor petty cash and expense records? Review invoices and supporting documents before posting2) Closing & Reporting? Support monthly closing and prepare supporting schedules? Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly reports)? Assist in preliminary analysis of expenses and revenues? Prepare required data for management / Finance Manager3) Tax Compliance (VAT & Corporate Tax Support)? Prepare and review VAT-related data and schedules? Track output and input tax invoices? Support Corporate Tax documentation and compliance requirements? Maintain proper tax records and filing documentation4) Budget & Cash Flow Support? Assist in budget preparation? Update and monitor cash flow tracking reports? Follow up on collections and payments and their impact on liquidity? Raise early alerts on expected cash shortages5) Compliance & Financial Control Support? Ensure completeness of documents and approvals? Organize accounting and tax files properly? Support external auditors by preparing required documents? Follow approved financial policies and proceduresRequirements? Minimum 3 years of accounting experience? Practical experience in VAT (required)? Good knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax? Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems / ERP? High attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills? UAE experience is preferredSalaryAED 4,000 ? 5,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
