Oversee day-to-day financial operations and project accounting processes.

Monitor and analyze actual project costs against estimated budgets.

Allocate overheads, equipment costs, and labor expenses to proper cost centers.

Review, verify, and process subcontractor payment certificates (progress billings).

Prepare client progress billings based on approved site percentages.

Track client collections, advance payment deductions, and retention moneys.

Manage weekly and monthly project cash flow forecasting for liquidity.

Verify and post accurate journal entries to designated project codes.

Perform monthly bank reconciliations and supplier account statement matching.

Lead monthly and year-end financial closings and trial balance preparation.

Prepare quarterly VAT returns in compliance with local tax regulations.

Review site payroll, labor allocations, and WPS-compliant salary files.

Generate project profitability reports and variance analysis for management.

Coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth year-end audit clearance.

Maintain strict internal financial controls across all active project sites.
