Job specification:?Handle Statutory Compliances - Audit, Annual Filing, Provisional return (ITR), WHT, Corporate Tax & Business Tax, VAT, Salary Taxes, Transfer Pricing, Attestation & Legalization.?Payroll and Payments Compliances with Bank Dealings.?Debtors Aging and follow up- Weekly.?Budget Analysis, Budget Vs Actual: 10th of next month and Yearly Budget.?Preparation of MIS Reports.oDaily: closing Bank balance reporting for flash for 6 cos.oMonthly: inter co reconciliation, Bank reconciliation, cashflow statementoQuarterly: Board Meeting Presentation.oAny other management report: As per requirement?Accuracy of Preparation of Profitability Analysis on project basis.?Independently maintain, manage and report the books of accounts on regular basis and monthly closure by 5th next month.?To prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS and Forecasts Report.?To prepare Provisional Finance Report, BS and P&L on Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly basis.?Make sure the company reporting and tax filing deadlines are met on time?To prepare Sales Invoice, Proforma Invoice and Purchase Order.?To maintain Cash and Bank Balance on Daily basis and monthly Bank Reconciliations.?To prepare Monthly Salary, tax calculation, Professional Tax, Service Tax, GST payment and return statement on Monthly, Quarterly and Half Yearly basis.?Coordinate with external auditors and finalize the statutory audit as per requirements.?Coordinate with bankers and fulfill the banking requirements.
