Providing Support, Design, installation, configuration, testing and administration of the IT Infrastructure applications.? Performing analyses on the IT infrastructure Applications functionalities in Sfax and Tunis Data centers and suggest improvements.? Apply effective risk controls to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities and act proactevly.? Ensure swift resolution of critical incident within SLA targets and develop a Problem management capacity.? Implement changes (Upgrades, Patches, Decommssioning, etc.) for all the assigned systems.? Interacting in a partnership with other groups, suppliers, and stockholders.? Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of the IT infrastructure applications.? Creating and maintaining necessary documentations such as High-Level Design (HLD), Low Level Design (LLD), drawings, etc.? Establishing the root causes of IT Infrastructure Applications errors, and security incidents? Adhering to ITIL processes, standard operating procedures, SLA, KPI as well as ensuring compliance with information security policies and standards? Deal with day-to-day issues and troubleshoot problems, which can require working out of standard business hours.Decision-Making? Change initiator, change reviewer, Change Implementer? Incident troubleshootingQualifications, Job knowledge, skill and experienceEducational Qualifications & experience? Engineering degree or master?s degree in computer science with Minimum 3 years experience in a related fieldOrMinimum Bachelor?s degree in computer science with Minimum 8 years experience in a related field.? Good understanding of ITIL V3/V4 lifecycles and processes.? Strong Knowledge of:- Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Intune, Teams, Sharepoint, etc.)- Microsoft System Center (SCDPM, SCCM, SCOM, SCVMM, SCSM)- ESXi, vSphere, vCenter- Symantec, Defender- Gemalto SafeNet- Citrix Netscaler- Splunk and Qualys- WebSphre, Weblogic, IIS, Apache- PowerShell ScriptingGood Knowledge of:- HP Prolient Servers, HPE Synergy,- Windows Server, Linux,- Clustering, RDS, DFS, Replication, DNS, FTP- SSL Certification and encryption, PKI- VMware, HyperV- Veeam, MS DPM, WBA, StoreOnce- Netapp, Nimble, HP MSA- WebSphre, Weblogic, IIS, Apache? Ability to learn and understand quickly new technologies.? Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.? Ability to coordinate with technical and non-technical audiences? Easily understand and solve technical problems.? Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.? Enjoy working as a team member as well as independently.? Strong understanding of the Oil and Gas industry.?
