The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical or medical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital personnel. The role involves building strong relationships, increasing product awareness, and achieving sales targets in a designated territory.Key Responsibilities:Promote company products to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.Organize appointments and meetings with healthcare staff, often at hospitals or doctors offices.Deliver product presentations to healthcare professionals, explaining product benefits and usage.Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector.Attend industry conferences, medical exhibitions, and company meetings.Keep detailed records of all contacts and maintain an up-to-date customer database.Meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in promoting medical products.Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams on customer needs and preferences.
