Currently recruiting a Vice President of Property Management to work for a reputable Real Estate Development company in Saudi Arabia.Your new company:Our client is a privately owned Retail Real Estate Developer who has delivered 50+ retail developments across KSA. Their Head office is based in Riyadh but cover the entire kingdom, and offer a fantastic working culture that has resulted in low staff turnoverYour new role as a Vice President of Property Management:Reporting to the CEOManaging a department of up to 30 staff5 direct reportsThis position will be responsible for the optimal performance of the companies property management division.The candidates responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Managing the companys portfolio of assets across KSAPreparing agreements for new tenantsNegotiating contractsKeeping tenants updated on any changesDesign business plans for properties to help suit the tenantEnsure maintenance standards are metEnsure all maintenance queries are resolvedBuild positive relationships with tenantsDevelop and manage the annual budgetAchieve the companys financial goalsLeasing is not involved in this role REQUIREMENTS: What youll need to succeed:To be considered for the Vice President position, candidates will possess the following:15+ years experience5+ years in a regional / head of department capacityPrevious retail real estate experience working for a reputable company within the relevant industry3+ years GCC experienceHold a relevant industry degreeWhat youll get in returnIn return, our client offers a highly competitive salary depending on experience.
