The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of construction projects using tools & supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Ensure project timelines, quality, and budget adherence.Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.Supervise on-site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.Conduct quality inspections and ensure non-conformities are addressed promptly.Track project milestones, procurement schedules, and resource allocation.Lead and motivate site teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to project timelines.Manage project documentation, including RFIs, progress reports, and variation orders.Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in high-rise buildings, villas, or industrial structures.Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, safety standards, and construction codes.Languages: English (Fluent)/ Arabic (Conversational)
