Employment: Full Time Mena User Research SpecialistResponsible for user research, including but not limited to KSA / international content, community, social media, short video;Independently carry out the whole process work of user research projects, control the rationality of demand, formulate appropriate research plans, control the rhythm and research quality of projects, reasonably analyze, and output the research report that can be landed in combination with the current business situation;Familiar with the business areas of service, pay attention to industry trends and analysis, be able to actively plan valuable research projects and promote implementation;Popularize users research awareness and professional methods, and promote the landing of research results and value realization REQUIREMENTS: Fluently EnglishCareer Experience with structured thinking, good communication, team-collaborate, project management skills;Smart, Clever, Strong learning ability;Familiar with social media;Bachelor degree or above in human-computer interaction, psychology, marketing, psychology, computer, industrial design or related major;More than 3 years working experience in user research;Have good project promotion ability, can think independently, good at communication;Proficient in interview, outline writing, questionnaire research, usability research, statistical analysis and other professional methods;Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing is required.
