Understand and develop detailed delivery schedules with Construction department.Properly and clearly communicate the delivery schedule with suppliers.Follow up with suppliers daily by phone and email.Follow up internally with the various departments to ensure smooth deliveries (AFC, Procurement, Construction).Prepare clear reports on the status of deliveries and request letters to be sent in the case of unreliable supply.
